Commercial Account Manager

Location: Fully remote, must be based in Miami, FL, US

What you will do

• Identify new customers and drive continued commercial growth across the Americas region.
• Use regional networks, attend events, and represent hirify.global as an ambassador.
• Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and define the strategic approach for the region.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Share market insights with product and development teams.
• Mentor colleagues and design, define, and iterate scalable sales processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience developing effective sales practices.
• Experience working with customers in medium-sized businesses in the region.
• Experience scaling a fast-growing technology business.
• Experience designing strategic go-to-market plans.
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing new business areas.
• Must be based remotely in Miami, Florida, US.
