TL;DR

Location: Remote in United Kingdom (North England and Scotland), required in Manchester x2 per week

What you will do
- Proactively visit accounts, build relationships with dealer teams, and use showrooms as operational base.
- Own and manage pop-up space in Manchester for customer visits, demonstrations, and events.
- Plan and deliver product training to sales, support, and installation teams.
- Engage with specifiers throughout design lifecycle, attend mock-ups and presentations.
- Drive sustainable sales growth, collaborate on insight-led messaging and presentations.
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce), handle quotations, samples, forecasting, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in Manchester x2 per week
- Experience in account management with customer-focused approach.
- Strong presentation, communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Proven ability to build client relationships and multi-task under pressure.
- Highly motivated self-starter with proactive attitude.
