Account Manager (NDT)

Location: Must be based in the general region of Mobile, AL or be willing to relocate there

What you will do

• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth targets as set by company leadership.
• Manage customer opportunities and the sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Build and maintain key relationships with C-Suite and mid-level management to position the company as a long-term partner.
• Collaborate with operations to align bid responses and coordinate client scheduling needs.
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities across all inspection departments.
• Represent the company at budgeted trade shows for lead generation.

Requirements

• 3 years of commercial experience and 3 years of experience in NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or Dynamics) and Microsoft Office.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" (Citizen, Green Card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
• Ability to travel 50%-80% of the time.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in industrial environments (confined spaces, elevated locations).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Experience working in Pulp & Paper, Power Generation, or Aerospace industrial end markets.
