Location: Hybrid role near Denver, Colorado or Long Beach, California; most work must be performed on site.
Salary: $110,000β$155,000 annually in Denver or $115,000β$160,000 annually in Long Beach, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Design and lay out 2β32-layer PCBs across varying complexity and density.
- Review schematics and develop layouts for digital, analog, mixed-signal, and power-converter circuits.
- Manage PCB stack-ups and design rules against electrical, thermal, and mechanical requirements.
- Generate fabrication and assembly documentation, including drawings, Gerbers, and BOMs.
- Perform DRC and ERC checks and support DFM reviews with manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams on component libraries, configuration management, and production processes.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of professional PCB design and layout experience.
- Proficiency with Altium Designer and experience managing shared component libraries with revision control.
- Strong understanding of electronics principles, component functions, and PCB design rules.
- Ability to work independently, own projects, and drive them to completion.
- Must be located near Denver or Long Beach and eligible to meet U.S. ITAR requirements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of IPC specifications and their implementation in PCB layout.
- Experience with high-speed digital, RF, and power-electronics layout.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC, thermal-management techniques, PCB materials, and configuration-management tools.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or similarly dynamic environment.
