Bilingual Events & Custodial Operations Manager

Location: Beaverton, Oregon, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility required for business needs, event activity, and weekend coverage

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and supervise event setup and custodial personnel.
• Coordinate event logistics, including staging, tables, chairs, and room configurations.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor allocation based on event demand.
• Conduct hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and termination activities as needed.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders, conduct site inspections, and resolve service issues.
• Support operational improvement, reporting, workforce planning, staff training, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish communication is required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, time management, planning, interviewing, coaching, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; ability to read basic floor plans.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and complete required safety and task training certifications; a valid driver’s license may be required.
