Location: Remote within specified U.S. states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Washington, D.C. Candidates in the Bay Area, New York City, or Knoxville follow a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office. Permanent residency in one of the listed states and authorization to work in the United States are required. Relocation to an eligible location is encouraged.
Salary: $141,441–$176,801 USD annually; a geographic premium may apply.

What you will do
- Serve as a hands-on individual contributor on the Quantitative Sciences team.
- Lead customer calls as the primary client-facing scientific authority and align study objectives with stakeholder needs.
- Design and execute commercial retrospective clinical studies using EHR and claims real-world data.
- Create statistical analysis plans, implement analyses, develop research algorithms, and contribute to publications.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Product, Medical, and Engineering teams to translate clinical questions into detailed analytics requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with messy healthcare data and analytical methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience working with life science, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology organizations and providing analytic services.
- Experience designing and executing research studies for life sciences.
- Strong familiarity with SQL, Python, R, clinical datasets, and coding systems such as ICD, CPT, and RxNorm.
- Clear communication, presentation, cross-functional collaboration, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with ophthalmology, urology, or oncology clinical data.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical strategy and business processes, including clinical trials, new drug introduction, and clinical operations.
