Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid model with working-from-anywhere flexibility and in-person attendance required at least once per year. Meetings are optimized for Pacific Time, with ad hoc meetings between 8am and 6pm PT. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa or work permit sponsorship is not available.
Base pay: $158,000–$175,000 per year, with some roles eligible for additional incentive pay and stock options.

operates a health provider-led data platform using large-scale real-world healthcare data to support research, clinical decision-making, and patient care.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end research studies, including literature reviews, study design, analysis planning, data analysis, interpretation, and dissemination.
- Write, maintain, and document code for processing, wrangling, and analyzing healthcare data.
- Prepare research reports, conference abstracts, manuscripts, and other scientific content.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications across clinical areas.
- Collaborate with communications, marketing, clinical research, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide researcher feedback on solutions that help clinicians and researchers address real-world healthcare challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health services research, data science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on statistical programming experience with R and/or Python, including publication-oriented analysis plans in the health sciences.
- Knowledge of time-series, survival, and longitudinal data analysis.
- 3+ years of scientific writing or research publication experience, including manuscripts, conference abstracts, or blogs.
- 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration and experience communicating research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- United States work authorization for any employer is required; visa and work permit sponsorship is unavailable.
Nice to have
- Clinical, epidemiologic, health outcomes, or real-world evidence research experience in cardiology and/or neurology.
- PhD in a related quantitative discipline.
- At least two publications, including at least one first-author publication.
- Experience translating scientific findings into blogs, white papers, reports, or educational materials for non-technical audiences.
