Salary: $176,900–$230,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale data science projects from ideation through measurable enterprise impact.
• Develop creative and practical data-driven solutions using probability, statistics, machine learning, SQL, Python, and related packages.
• Build scalable, well-tested solutions that reduce complexity and support healthcare product performance.
• Assess product performance and forecast project impact using data-driven analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to align data science initiatives with business objectives and mitigate delivery risks.
• Mentor peers through collaboration, code review, and technical leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field: Master’s with 3–4 years of experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning.
• Professional experience with SQL, Python, and relevant machine learning or statistical packages.
• Experience using data science to drive enterprise value and measurable business impact.
• Experience leading large-scale initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Ability to communicate how technical work contributes to business goals.
