What you will do

• Architect multi-radio systems covering Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, NFC, and UWB, ensuring coexistence and performance from sub-GHz frequencies to 8GHz+.
• Design and simulate miniaturized LDS, FPC, and metal-frame antennas for high-density wearable devices.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering to balance product aesthetics with RF transparency.
• Develop ultra-low-power RF strategies for battery-constrained products.
• Own wireless validation through EVT, DVT, and PVT, including factory calibration, OTA testing, and FCC, CE, PTCRB, and GCF certifications.
• Lead technical engagements with chipset vendors and antenna fabricators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of RF or antenna design experience, including at least two full lifecycles leading high-volume consumer electronics products to mass production.
• Expert proficiency with ANSYS HFSS, CST Studio Suite, or comparable electromagnetic simulation tools.
• End-to-end understanding of RF front-end design, including filters, switches, LNAs, and matching networks.
• Experience with 5G/4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E/7, Bluetooth 5.x, GNSS L1/L5, and UWB.
• Hands-on experience with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chamber testing, including TRP and TIS.

Nice to have

• Experience with human-body interaction and SAR effects on antenna tuning in wearable devices.
• Background in UWB for precision ranging and spatial awareness.
