Salary: $151,000–$190,000 USD base salary per year, plus equity and potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with functional leaders to develop people strategies aligned with rapid business growth.
• Coach managers on organizational effectiveness, team performance, leadership development, and culture.
• Lead performance management, calibration, feedback, talent development, succession planning, and growth initiatives.
• Guide managers through employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, policy application, and sensitive situations.
• Drive organizational design, role clarity, leadership transitions, and change management during growth and restructuring.
• Build and evolve engagement, manager enablement, learning, and other people programs using data and insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in direct HRBP or People Partner responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with leaders in fast-paced, scaling startup or high-growth technology organizations.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and manager coaching.
• Ability to balance empathy and business needs while providing consistent, high-integrity guidance.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and build trust quickly.
• US work authorization is required for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Security/IT, Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing functions.
• Experience with globally distributed teams.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes and structure where they do not yet exist.
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience preparing teams and practices for scale, audits, and IPO readiness.
