Energy Efficiency Program Delivery Lead (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote, based in the Boston, Massachusetts, United States area

Salary: $90,000–$96,000 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead multiple large-scale energy efficiency programs from conception through execution, managing budgets, timelines, and contractual requirements.
• Own commercial terms for assigned clients, including scope and pricing within contract limits.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility clients, program partners, subcontractors, regulators, and community organizations.
• Monitor program performance, conduct business reviews, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives, manage resources, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Create client and internal reports with accurate data analysis, takeaways, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of program management experience delivering complex projects.
• At least 5 years of direct client-facing experience in business development, program implementation, or account management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in sustainability and meaningful environmental impact.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification.
