Deployment Strategist (Climate Tech): Driving the adoption and organizational commitment of the hirify.global EIS™ platform within large enterprise customers with an accent on stakeholder alignment and change management. Focus on translating technical carbon footprints and regulatory datasets into executive-level strategic value and measurable business outcomes.

Location: Based in Berlin or Munich (hybrid setup), with willingness to travel to customer sites.

What you will do

• Own stakeholder alignment and change management across complex enterprise deployments from kickoff to full adoption.
• Engage directly with customer executives and sustainability leads to surface decision blockers and maintain momentum.
• Define the strategic narrative, value story, and adoption roadmaps for each deployment.
• Work embedded at customer sites alongside technical teams to ensure solutions address the right business problems.
• Translate complex scientific outputs (carbon footprints, Scope 3, CSRD) into board-level reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Project-manage workstreams and feed organizational insights back to product and sales teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software deployment, or senior B2B stakeholder management.
• Outstanding communication and influencing skills to align sceptical executives and brief engineering teams.
• Structured thinking and strong analytical foundations for problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and change in complex organizational environments.
• Based in Berlin or Munich.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Nice to have

• Understanding of sustainability regulations such as CSRD, CBAM, or GHG Protocol.
• Experience with supply chain and procurement processes.
