Delivery Owner (Service Delivery and Operations): Owning end-to-end delivery of complex client projects across global and multi-region environments with an accent on SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, commercial outcomes, and compliance. Focus on resolving incidents, managing executive stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and balancing client expectations with operational and commercial realities.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery performance across SLAs, KPIs, quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes.
- Lead complex, fast-changing delivery environments and take accountability for client commitments.
- Identify risks, resolve incidents, maintain service continuity, and manage escalations.
- Build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and executive-level client stakeholders.
- Coordinate Operations, Talent, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams while removing blockers and managing dependencies.
- Maintain governance, reporting, contractual, regulatory, legal, and security compliance standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Project or Program Management, Operations, or Client Delivery.
- Experience managing complex, multi-country, or enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience working with executive stakeholders in high-pressure delivery environments.
- Solid understanding of commercial impact, risk management, and workforce coordination.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations, drive execution through others, and influence without direct authority.
- Clear communication, decisive problem-solving, and the ability to balance client needs with operational realities.
