Implementation Specialist

Location: Toronto, Canada

Compensation: 55,000 CAD base + 10,000 CAD bonus; 65,000 CAD on-target earnings. The bonus portion is uncapped.

What you will do

• Lead implementation calls and guide new clients through platform setup and onboarding.
• Support integrations, data migration, and spreadsheet preparation using AI tools.
• Coordinate handoffs with Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Engineering.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges through structured problem-solving and collaboration.
• Document customer interactions and updates accurately in internal systems.
• Manage implementation tasks and timelines to meet onboarding deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a technology environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with tools and integrations.
• Fluency in Excel, including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management, multitasking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Professional and empathetic approach to client communication.
