Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Manila Office, hybrid

Salary: ₱59,740–₱74,675 per month

What you will do

• Build client sites according to newly signed contract specifications.
• Coordinate communication and track progress for clients using self-service implementation tracks.
• Lead intake calls and provide task-based support when clients encounter implementation issues.
• Research solutions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve client problems.
• Support client User Acceptance Training, product adoption, satisfaction, and implementation milestones.
• Maintain open communication across functions and provide service-focused support to internal and external clients.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in implementation or data configuration, preferably in SaaS implementation, compensation management, or HRIS systems.
• Experience with discovery and requirements gathering.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Experience working with large data sets and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of relational databases and strong organizational, communication, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with the ability to work independently and protect confidential client data.
