Manager - Corporate FP&A (Gamedev)

Location: Playa Vista, California, United States; hybrid work with some on-site work at an hirify.global office

Salary: $89,280–$165,168 annual base pay in the U.S.; incentive compensation may also be available.

What you will do

• Support the Annual Operating Plan by coordinating expenditure and headcount planning across stakeholders and regions.
• Load planning data into Hyperion and prepare FY27 planning presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate monthly close and quarterly forecast inputs across regions and business units.
• Prepare journal entries, reclasses, accruals, variance analyses, and financial risk and opportunity assessments.
• Prepare reporting packages for C-suite and senior leaders and maintain clear visibility into business performance.
• Standardize and automate Hyperion-based planning and reporting processes, including Microsoft integration work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Exceptional quantitative, financial modeling, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of general accounting and financial planning.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to vary work hours as needed to collaborate with global teammates and work independently with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Hyperion/Essbase experience.
• Experience in video game, software, technology, or entertainment industries.
