Manager, FP&A - Creative & Services (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid or remote, preferably based in Canada or the UK

Salary: $80,300–$120,500 CAD annually

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
• Oversee finance support for Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studio teams.
• Partner with business leaders and budget owners to identify risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and cost optimization actions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations explaining financial performance, variance drivers, and recommended actions.
• Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Standardize and automate planning and reporting processes while managing, coaching, and developing finance professionals.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Collaborative experience working across cross-functional and global teams.

Nice to have

• People management and leadership experience, including coaching and developing finance professionals.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription/live-service business models.
• MBA or advanced finance certifications.
