Manager, FP&A, Creative and Services (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid or remote, preferably based in Canada or the UK

Salary: CAD 80,300–120,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
• Oversee finance support for Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studio teams.
• Partner with business leaders and budget owners to assess risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and business outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations explaining financial performance, variance drivers, and recommended actions.
• Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Drive automation, standardisation, process improvements, and team development while managing two analysts.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
• People management or leadership experience, including coaching and developing finance professionals.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced finance certifications.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription and live-service business models.
