What you will do
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the full sales cycle.
- Analyze clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirements.
- Create technical concepts, documentation, solution descriptions, proposals, and tender materials.
- Define and align system architectures, APIs, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, project management, and DevOps.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers during sales and project phases.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud, on-premise, VPN, networking, and other core IT infrastructure concepts.
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- German is required; good English skills are also required.
Nice to have
- Experience with clinical or administrative IT system landscapes in hospital environments.
- Experience supporting public and private tender processes.
