What you will do

• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the full sales cycle.
• Analyze clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirements.
• Create technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions for proposals and tenders.
• Define and align system architectures, APIs, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, project management, and DevOps.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during sales and project phases.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of core IT and infrastructure concepts, including cloud, on-premise, VPN, and networking.
• Structured and analytical approach to work.
• Ideally, experience with clinical or administrative IT systems in hospital environments.
• German is required; good English skills are also required.
