Strategic Finance and Corporate Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid, with two days per week in the Bay Area office; U.S. work authorization required. hirify.global also has offices in New York City.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annual base salary, adjusted based on experience and location.

hirify.global is an end-to-end investment platform for single-family rental homes that combines real estate investing with technology.

What you will do

• Support annual and long-term strategic planning with executive leadership.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and assessments of new markets, products, and business models.
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Prepare executive and board presentations, analyze KPIs and ROI, and track strategic initiative performance.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools for corporate development metrics and pipeline management.
• Partner with business units and cross-functional stakeholders on pricing, expansion, and strategic partnership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy/development.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, working knowledge of Google Sheets, and strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Sigma and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CFA or an advanced degree.
• Experience with M&A transactions or corporate investment processes.
• Familiarity with business valuation methods and strategic frameworks.
