What you will do

• Own the regional field marketing calendar, including conferences, executive dinners, and roundtables.
• Develop and execute demand generation programs, including account-based campaigns, webinars, and email nurture sequences.
• Build and manage the regional marketing engine, including segmentation, attribution, and performance dashboards.
• Create localized content and brand moments, such as case studies, launch videos, and regional OOH campaigns.
• Partner with the growth team to steer EMEA-specific paid campaigns.
• Build and foster a community of European research and marketing leaders.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation or field marketing.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with marketing systems including CRM, marketing automation, and attribution tools.
• Proven ability to build regional or category motions from an early stage.
• Strong content creation skills and ability to shape brand narratives.
