Regional Learning Manager (Fulfillment)

Location: Must sit out of Reno or Las Vegas, Nevada, with regular regional travel of approximately 40–60%.

What you will do

• Own onboarding, cross-training, leadership development, and the end-to-end training experience across regional fulfillment sites.
• Partner with site, network support, and operations leaders to diagnose performance gaps and deliver targeted training programs.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training, train-the-trainer certifications, and floor-level coaching.
• Localize corporate curricula covering safety, equipment operation, WMS systems, and quality standards.
• Track training completion, certification status, time-to-proficiency, safety correlation, turnover, and retention impact.
• Recruit, coach, and certify site-level trainers while supporting new site launches, peak-season ramp-ups, and process or system rollouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or operations, including at least 2 years in fulfillment, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs across multiple sites or shifts.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder partnership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to train both frontline associates and site leadership and communicate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to use training and performance data to make decisions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Must be based in Reno or Las Vegas, Nevada, and willing to travel 40–60% across the region.

Nice to have

• Experience with LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and fulfillment or logistics operations.
• Instructional design experience.
• Spanish and English bilingual ability, depending on site footprint.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
