Sr Software Engineer (iOS) – Digital Products (iOS)

Location: Remote within the United States; not eligible for remote work in New York City. Occasional in-person collaboration and travel may be required.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annual base salary. California base salary range: $154,000–$187,000. Eligible for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and release iOS applications.
• Drive mobile platform architecture and build scalable, reliable, and performant solutions from the ground up.
• Implement programming best practices, deployment processes, monitoring, and mobile release workflows.
• Improve team knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, presentations, example code, and documentation.
• Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and advocate for effective tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience shipping customer-facing iOS applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, GraphQL, mobile security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps, and mobile release processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry or IoT device experience.
• Experience with mobile app testing, experimentation frameworks, and automation frameworks.
• Startup experience, including launching 0-to-1 products and evolving them into highly customized applications.
