Creative Account Project Manager

Location: Remote - Costa Rica

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent creative digital marketing projects and cross-functional teams using Asana.
• Track client sprint planners, group boards, workflows, deliverables, and project statuses.
• Communicate timelines, feedback deadlines, progress updates, and delivery risks to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organize client assets and support request triage, task trafficking, and workflow management across the Creative department.
• Coordinate with Project Managers across teams to manage dependencies and support multi-channel client accounts.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience leading projects in an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms; Asana is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to prioritize and direct teams while managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, time management, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with digital creative environments such as Figma or Adobe tools.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification.
