What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and manage Dynamics 365 F&O modules based on business needs.
• Write and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Support data migration and integration activities.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Strong background in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Experience with configuration and operational management of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams.
