Senior IT Business Analyst (CRM)

Location: Nootdorp, Netherlands; hybrid work with the ability to work from home 2 days a week

What you will do

• Shape the global CRM blueprint and execution roadmap across Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT.
• Lead current-state analysis, requirements gathering, revenue-lifecycle mapping, and regional variation analysis.
• Define functional specifications and user stories for a standardized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse platform.
• Maintain the global CRM template, common data model, localization approach, and controlled backlog of local variations.
• Specify integrations with regional ERP and finance systems, including multi-currency, multi-language, time-zone, and data-residency requirements.
• Plan and support phased rollout activities covering build, data migration, integration, testing, UAT, and deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, including CRM transformation.
• Experience with at least one full-lifecycle, multi-region Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Sales implementation across multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CE Sales, Dataverse modelling, global-template design, revenue lifecycles, order-to-cash, and revenue-leakage or margin-variance analysis.
• Experience producing BRDs, fit/gap analyses, user stories, and test cases; familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, integration patterns, and basic SQL.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent English is required.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• ITIL/ITSM or data-analysis certifications.
