What you will do

  • Manage and optimize regional sales processes and administrative workflows to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead, develop, and manage the sales administration team.
  • Serve as the regional CRM (Salesforce) leader, overseeing onboarding and change management.
  • Analyze sales pipelines, KPIs, and complex data sets to generate actionable business insights.
  • Coordinate revenue forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning in collaboration with the EMEA Senior Management Team.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between regional operations and global HQ systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Support and Management.
  • 10+ years of overall business experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Must be located in or have legal authorization to work in Great Britain (GB)

  • Proven experience in sales operations within the software industry.
