Operations Logistics Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Buffalo, NY; Abernathy, TX; Barber Lake, TX; Memphis, TN; or River Bend, LA

Salary: $115,000 – $199,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site, including receiving, shipping, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counts and real-time tracking.
• Fulfill parts requests for technicians and engineers to ensure zero downtime in deployment and break-fix operations.
• Manage RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements while reporting on inventory performance and obsolescence.
• Build and refine operational playbooks to scale infrastructure management as the company grows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics and asset management within a data center, warehouse, or high-volume hardware environment.
• Ability to maintain high inventory accuracy through real-time tracking and cycle counts.
• Strong vendor management and logistics coordination skills.
• Experience building and reporting on operational metrics like turns and accuracy.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking.
• Familiarity with data center hardware such as servers, networking equipment, and GPUs.
• Background in high-growth or hyperscale site operations.
