What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end consigned inventory control activities at a direct fulfillment contract manufacturing site.
  • Monitor daily inventory control operations, dual-system reconciliation, cycle counts, audits, and reporting.
  • Oversee inventory transaction reconciliation and coordinate with corporate finance on financial compliance.
  • Lead physical inventory validations and comprehensive inventory audits.
  • Drive improvements in receiving, cycle-count accuracy, FIFO compliance, MRB resolution, and aging inventory management.
  • Coordinate with site operations, planning, finance, supply chain, logistics, engineering, and external manufacturing partners.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or contract manufacturer operations in the high-tech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory control practices and data-driven supply chain efficiency.
  • Experience managing global supply chains and contract manufacturers, including EMS partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification highly preferred.
