Inventory Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: 125A Quality Drive, Mocksville, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $41,620–$50,336 USD per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.

What you will do

• Verify physical inventory against printed records and monitor inventory systems for accuracy.
• Track materials and parts needed to meet production schedules.
• Record scrap, excess material usage, inventory movements, and usage factors.
• Perform cycle counts, initiate corrective actions, and adjust inventory records.
• Coordinate with purchasing and corporate master scheduling on schedule changes and production authorization.
• Support month-end physical inventory, reporting, label printing, and other inventory and purchasing functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production standards, safety requirements, and company communications.
• Data entry skills and proficiency with company computer and software programs.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, measure and interpret a tape measure, and communicate respectfully across the organization.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet business requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift operator’s license.
