What you will do

• Support training needs analysis and data collection to identify performance gaps and learning requirements.
• Create and customize learning materials and resources under the guidance of senior staff.
• Deliver routine training sessions using established lesson plans, materials, and learning environments.
• Administer and evaluate learning programs, collect participant feedback, and prepare activity reports.
• Maintain training records and the learning and development resource catalogue.
• Moderate content, conduct routine assessments, document best practices, and collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.
• Experience creating and delivering learning materials and training sessions.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently, collaborate with stakeholders, analyze basic data, and follow security, privacy, compliance, and ethical standards.
