Senior Product Manager, Clinical Platform (AI)

Location: Remote, USA; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $180,000–$205,000 annually

What you will do

• Own scheduling, lab workflows, and the core clinical operations platform end to end.
• Build workforce-planning tools for care-team capacity in partnership with supply and demand modeling teams.
• Design, ship, version, and evaluate AI-powered features that improve scheduling efficiency, lab turnaround, and staffing decisions.
• Partner with clinical and operations stakeholders to translate user needs into product specifications, user stories, and Jira tickets.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams through ideation, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Define success metrics and collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver interpretable, clinically safe solutions integrated into care workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, operations, or workflow platforms.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered features including LLMs, agents, RAG, or personalization, with measurable impact.
• Experience building operational or care-team workflows involving scheduling, staffing, logistics, demand forecasting, or capacity modeling.
• Experience developing complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, multidisciplinary care teams, agile delivery, product metrics, and experimentation.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience owning or working within an EMR or core clinical operations platform such as Epic or athenahealth.
