Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or Toronto; at least 3 days per week in the San Francisco office for the San Francisco-based role

Salary: US$177,650–US$260,000 in San Francisco or CA$157,250–CA$228,000 in Toronto, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for the leads and plaintiff-intake experience, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Build and optimize lead qualification, outbound marketing, inbound qualification agents, and bi-directional referral workflows.
• Study legal-team workflows and translate friction points into scalable product improvements.
• Partner with engineering and ML teams to build reliable LLM-powered conversational AI and automated scribes.
• Define success metrics and use qualitative research and quantitative analysis to improve the product.
• Collaborate with design, customer success, product marketing, and go-to-market teams on launches and feedback loops.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience shipping products for enterprise and SMB customers with meaningful adoption.
• Required: hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, including direct knowledge of agents and LLMs/LMMs.
• Strong systems thinking, user research, product lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear user experiences and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
