Enterprise Operations Engineering Internship (Supply Chain)

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US, able to obtain work authorization in 2027, and must not require future sponsorship. The internship is a 12-week paid summer program.

Salary: $29–$35 per hour for US candidates.

What you will do

• Analyze and map supply chain processes using the SCOR model.
• Identify improvement opportunities in sourcing and logistics to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations teams.
• Support inventory management, demand planning, order fulfillment, and other supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report KPI data, including financial and operational models for complex problems.
• Research industry practices, emerging technologies, innovative products, sustainability initiatives, and quality-control processes.

Requirements

• Completed the third year of a bachelor's degree or the first year of a master's program, typically in a technical field.
• Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States in 2027 without current or future sponsorship, including CPT or OPT sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Industrial, mechanical, data analytics, data science, computer science, manufacturing, or supply chain engineering studies.
• Advanced Power BI, SQL, Access, Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Python or other programming languages, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, Lean principles, Six Sigma, optimization, forecasting, or manufacturing analytics.
• Previous supply chain internship experience and experience working in virtual teams.
