Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential annual incentive and/or long-term incentives.

What you will do

  • Optimize manufacturing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, quality, reliability, and throughput.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools.
  • Build process foundations for new product launches from concept through production.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify cost savings, reliability improvements, and quality opportunities.
  • Create process documentation and work instructions, train personnel, and collaborate with product engineers on manufacturability.
  • Specify and implement equipment and tooling while addressing production, safety, quality, and environmental challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Experience with SPC, automotive manufacturing quality tools, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA/GR&R, and TPM.
  • Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD, ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, statistical analysis software such as MiniTab or JMP, and project management.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work cross-functionally in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
