Salary: $310K–$370K annually, plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Manage pipeline generation and deal execution across the account executive team.
• Build best practices for pitching, demos, and signing up customers.
• Report sales performance to upper management.
• Hire, manage, and develop additional account executives across SMB, MM, and ENT segments.
• Build foundational processes and behaviors for scaling the sales organization.
• Foster a competitive, high-performance environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a top-performing Sales Manager at a SaaS company.
• Track record of strong sales performance, including quick promotions and consistently beating quota.
• Strong analytical and sales-performance reporting skills.
• Growth mindset focused on personal development and developing direct reports.
