TL;DR

Sales Manager, Commercial (SaaS): Leading and coaching a team of Commercial Account Executives to drive revenue growth and pipeline quality with an accent on deal inspection and forecast accuracy. Location: Hybrid (Hubs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, and Raleigh). Applicants must be based in the U.S. (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY) or Canada.

Salary: $250,000 - $270,000 /year OTE

What you will do

  • Lead and coach Commercial Account Executives to meet pipeline, forecast, and revenue targets.
  • Run a disciplined operating cadence including 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections.
  • Improve pipeline hygiene and opportunity quality by enforcing clear qualification standards.
  • Coach reps through discovery, business case development, multithreading, and closing strategies.
  • Partner with SDR leadership, RevOps, and Marketing to optimize commercial segment performance.
  • Contribute to the hiring, onboarding, and retention of top commercial sales talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading quota-carrying sales reps in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record as a frontline sales manager with ownership over forecast and pipeline health.
  • Excellent deal coaching skills, specifically in qualification and business case creation.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where structure is evolving.
  • Direct communication style and a bias for action.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with commercial contractors, field service, construction tech, or vertical SaaS.
