Account Manager (TravelTech)

Location: Hybrid role supporting Flix's presence in the US East region; willingness to travel up to 20% of the time is required.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing bus operator partners to support mutual growth and profitability.
• Source and secure new partnerships with intercity bus operators and relevant stakeholders.
• Research markets, trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Network Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing on strategy execution.
• Develop processes, coordinate cross-functional projects, and improve department interactions.
• Analyze partner performance and optimize network strategy and profitability using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, consulting, or strategic roles.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and relationship building across different companies and stakeholder groups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, autonomy, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
