Director, Travel Agency Partnerships (Fintech): Leading the full lifecycle of the Flex Pay Agent Program, including partnership growth, operational improvement, agent training, and team development with an accent on travel agency technology, data-driven program optimization, and cross-functional execution. Focus on expanding agency partnerships, translating partner feedback into product requirements, improving registration and support processes, and managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Location: Remote, based in the United States or Canada; frequent travel, including possible weekends and off-hours support, and on-site partner meetings as needed.

What you will do
- Lead the strategy and full lifecycle of the Flex Pay Agent Program.
- Grow and manage relationships with travel agencies and travel advisors through marketing, incentives, training, and new Flex Pay solutions.
- Manage the business development pipeline and identify expansion opportunities across agency partners.
- Define performance metrics, analyze agent feedback and program data, and improve operational processes for registration, maintenance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service, Commercial, and Fraud Operations teams.
- Lead, develop, and retain the agent program team while managing priorities, budgets, performance feedback, and team development plans.
Requirements
- 10+ years of travel agency experience focused on strategy, technology, training, and business development.
- Deep knowledge of travel agency booking systems, including their user experience and capabilities.
- Experience developing training materials and delivering training in person or through webinars.
- Strong analytical, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing direct reports, developing teams, and overseeing budgets.
- English is required; the role is limited to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
