Director, Travel Agency Partnerships

Location: Remote, based in the United States or Canada; frequent travel may include weekends and off-hours support, with potential on-site partner meetings.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and full lifecycle of the Flex Pay Agent Program, including marketing, incentives, webinars, conferences, and training.
• Build and expand relationships with travel agency partners, manage the business development pipeline, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Define performance metrics, analyze agent feedback and program data, and translate insights into strategic and operational improvements.
• Improve account registration, maintenance, reporting, training materials, and agent support processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Customer Service, Commercial, and Fraud Operations teams.
• Lead, develop, and retain the agent program team while managing priorities, workload distribution, performance feedback, and budgets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of travel agency experience focused on strategy, technology, training, and business development.
• Deep knowledge of travel agency booking systems, including their user experience and capabilities.
• Experience developing training materials and delivering training in person or via webinar.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating user and partner feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Experience managing direct reports, team development, and budget oversight, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Bilingual English and French or English and Spanish, both oral and written.
