What you will do

  • Develop trusting relationships with major clients, driving product adaptations and expansion.
  • Understand customer needs and propose solutions to meet objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Serve as communication link between customers and internal teams.
  • Position hotel solutions consultatively to drive business success.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on revenue, new customers, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven track record engaging senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Inside Sales or Key Account Management, preferably Acquisition and Business Development.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate value and influence decision-makers.
  • Full sales cycle expertise: prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, closing.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce for territory and pipeline management.

  • Comfortable with technical conversations and live product demos.
  • Experience using AI tools for efficiency and decision-making.
