Deal Desk Analyst

Location: Canada

Base pay: CAD $79,200–$100,000 per year, with potential additional bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage non-standard, high-value deals through review processes covering risk, quality assurance, business, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance to execute deals and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain commercial details in Salesforce and standardize custom terms across regions, products, and channels.
• Advise sales teams on deal structure, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
• Improve operational workflows, reporting, and dashboards to support sustainable growth.
• Document processes, best practices, lessons learned, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, order management, deal strategy, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets; Salesforce CPQ experience is beneficial.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
• Project management, risk assessment, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and solve problems creatively.
