Operations Strategy Associate (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada, the UK, or the EU

Salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year, depending on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks, and build dashboards, reports, and models for business decisions.
• Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools, automations, new technologies, and internal systems.
• Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams.
• Improve payment operations, including outreach to customers switching from checks to eCheck payments.
• Build predictive models for identifying high-risk payers or lead an Operations team focused on performance, quality, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work or internship experience in areas such as Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or Business Analytics.
• Experience solving operational problems through process improvement, workflow design, or scalable systems in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on data analysis experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex problems simply and align stakeholders.
• Strong curiosity, first-principles reasoning, and persistence in finding root causes through direct investigation.
• Must be able to work remotely from Canada, the UK, or the EU.
