Senior Manager, VAS Product Innovation & Delivery Operations (Commercial Real Estate Technology)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; full-time hybrid position

Base salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate VAS business priorities and stakeholder needs into clear, structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Establish intake, documentation, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery-readiness practices with Product Managers.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prioritization forums, sprint demos, delivery tracking, risk management, and dependency resolution.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, business preparation, and escalation of delivery blockers across VAS, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
• Drive adoption by collecting post-release feedback, evaluating business outcomes, and feeding lessons learned into future priorities.
• Standardize and automate operating practices to create a scalable, repeatable delivery model that reduces dependence on individual knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, product delivery, business analysis, program management, or a related role involving complex product or platform initiatives.
• Experience with requirements definition, backlogs, prioritization, sprint planning, demos, testing, UAT, release readiness, and adoption.
• Ability to work across business leadership, subject matter experts, Product Managers, Engineering, and other technical teams.
• Strong organization, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, critical thinking, and dependency-management skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps, challenge established ways of working, and turn lessons learned into practical improvements.
• Comfort using AI and other tools while applying sound judgment, attention to detail, and quality control.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate, valuation, or a related environment.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Confluence.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven product initiatives, automation, or process improvement.
