Senior Customer Experience Manager (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada or Mississauga, Canada. Remote work includes travel to in-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City.

Base salary: CAD 100,000–112,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead quantitative and qualitative customer experience research projects using varied research techniques.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to internal and external research resources.
• Use data and analysis to influence business objectives and improve customer experience.
• Anticipate objections and influence stakeholders to adopt new perspectives and address challenges.
• Evaluate complex situations and integrate advanced practices into cross-functional work.

Requirements

• Seven years of hands-on marketing research experience, including defining and implementing customer experience measurement protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business objectives and apply insights to strategic and day-to-day challenges.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence others.
• Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
• For the remote arrangement, availability to travel to required in-office events in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City is expected.
