Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote, Canada. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 in local currency annually, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, optimization, governance, and standards.
• Develop enterprise process maps, work instructions, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Design and deliver Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality from ideation through production deployment and adoption.
• Build Salesforce no-code solutions, including flows, mock-ups, prototypes, data models, security architecture, and process automations.
• Facilitate process workshops and align Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, external partners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive Lean improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer experience improvements.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in analysis and process improvement.
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce systems and solutions, including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and no-code platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards, including HL7 and FHIR.
• Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems and migrating business processes to Salesforce.
• Understanding of security and access controls for health data, plus the ability to prioritize underlying business needs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins.
