Corporate Counsel (Semiconductors)

Location: Kirkland, WA or San Jose, CA, United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do

• Support and manage commercial contract negotiations with strategic partners and customers.
• Advise internal stakeholders, sales, and operations on complex commercial transactions and agreements.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, critical suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Develop and customize novel agreements without relying on templates.
• Assess legal risk and provide practical, creative, business-oriented solutions.
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive commercial deals to completion.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to a bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of legal practice experience in a law firm and/or in-house environment.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel.
