Associate Counsel (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States; remote role

Salary: $54,400–$156,400 USD annually

What you will do

• Review, draft, negotiate, and close revenue-generating contracts, procurement contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
• Support the Americas Legal team and Trust teams, with additional cross-functional and international legal support.
• Conduct legal research and advise on privacy, data security, and other business matters.
• Review marketing collateral.
• Assist with corporate governance and secretarial matters.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of an accredited bar.
• 2–4 years of post-admission experience in commercial law, preferably in the technology industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Commercial acumen and interest in understanding business objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
