Commercial Counsel

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Salary: $172,000 - $275,000

What you will do

• Draft, structure, and negotiate material customer agreements, SLAs, and channel partner contracts.
• Manage pre-installation property licenses and hardware supply chain/logistics agreements.
• Build and maintain the legal commercial function, including templates, playbooks, and CLM implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive deals to signature while managing risk.
• Handle day-to-day legal transactions including NDAs and recruiting agreements.

Requirements

• J.D. from a top law school and experience at a top law firm.
• Member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• In-house regulatory experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex commercial contracting processes independently.
• Strong project management skills and a bias for pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.
