Account Manager (AI Recruiting)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $140K–$160K per year, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Manage inbound expansion demand from existing customers.
• Proactively contact customers in an assigned book of business to expand their use of hirify.global's services.
• Drive customer retention and account growth.
• Support rapidly growing startups in scaling their headcount through recruiting services.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer account management, or customer success.
• Experience managing customers and/or working in a closing role for at least one year.
• Experience with customer retention and growth targets.
• Outbound prospecting experience.
• Track record of strong sales performance.

Nice to have

• Software startup experience.
• Experience in venture capital or finance.
• Current experience at a Series A–D venture-backed startup.
